No refunds will be issued for no-shows or cancellations made within 48 hours of the event. 🪪 Memberships Monthly or annual memberships are non-refundable once activated, as they unlock immediate access to exclusive content, services, and discounts. However, if you believe there was an error in billing or if you’ve had an issue with service, please contact us — we’ll always review on a case-by-case basis. 🧢 Merchandise Items purchased from our club store (apparel, accessories, collectibles) may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase if unused and in original condition. Digital downloads (e.g., game mods, art packs) are non-refundable once delivered. 🎮 Services (Custom Bookings / Private Sessions) Refunds for custom sessions (e.g., private events, room bookings, birthday game nights) are available up to 5 days before the scheduled date. After that, we can offer a reschedule, but not a refund.
